Fairly clean hotel in a nice boutique building. Short walk to the garden, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and the metro station. - Lots of goodies for breakfast. - Great location in the middle of the city, easy to get anywhere.

Clean and the staff was helpful. I liked the a twin room and had a very pleasant stay. It had basic facilities you needed, central heating, TV set, and a mini-fridge-bar. The location was marvellous for me, in the garden on both floors. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Yerevan...
